Order Processing, Shipping

  • You cannot edit your order once placed. 

  • However, we offer a small window of approximately 2 hours for you to cancel your order and place a new order.

  • The ‘Cancel’ Button is available in ‘My Account’> ‘Orders’ section next to the placed order. 

  • If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun. 

  • Refund on Order cancellation – If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. 

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please email us on contact@universalclassictshirts.com

  • with order details. We may request further details/information to process your refund.

  • UCTC’s returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange one or more items purchased on UCTC website for any reason within 7 days. 

  • We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. 

  • You can initiate a return or exchange from ‘My Accounts’ > ‘Orders’ section. You will see ‘Return’ and ‘Exchange’ buttons next to your order

  • Returns or Exchange can only be initiated on delivered orders. When the order is in shipped status (in transit) this option cannot be availed.

  • When you select the ‘Exchange’ option, you can choose the products to be exchanged. You can also choose the replacement. The available options are of the same product in the same or different size. You cannot exchange one product with another of a different style.

  • Every return or exchange request must be associated with valid reason. In case of damaged products, attach a clear photograph.

  • Once you initiate ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange’ we will process your request within 2-3 business days. The shipping will be initiated after processing is complete.

  • Pick up: Re-package the item in original condition and packaging with the shipping label intact. 

  • During Pick Up, our delivery agent may do a quality check on the return. Return or Exchange request will be declined, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and UCTC assumes no liability in this regard.

  • We make three attempts to pick up any item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if item meets the return criteria and is within the specified return/exchange period. 

  • For a successful pick up, we will initiate a refund for the return amount in the same mode as the payment. For COD (Cash on Delivery), we will request your bank account details and amount will be refunded in your bank account. The COD fee will not be refunded. 

  • The refund will be initiated after the product(s) has been received at our warehouse and has passed a quality check. 

  • Shipping fee charged will be non-refundable.

  • Discounts applied through rewards, coupons or any other method are applied to the entire order value. The refund processed will consider the discount applied to all products evenly. Only the non-discounted part will be refunded.

  • If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you. If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. 

  • If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. 

  • Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on UCTC for same or different sizes of same SKU/product

  • If you choose to exchange the item purchased by you on UCTC within the specified exchange period for the same size or different size of same style, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.

  • If we do not have the replacement size mentioned in exchange request, we will initiate a return and refund the amount (excluding shipping fees and discounts). You will receive an email from us notifying the same. 

  • UCTC shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on UCTC if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in UCTC’s sole discretion.In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.

  • UCTC will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, UCTC would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User

  • UCTC will hold sole discretion to reject return or exchange requests for customers who are abusing the policy by excessive return / exchange requests.

  • You can create your account on UCTC by entering your email address and a password. Click on “My Account”> “Register” after that and fill up the form to create your UCTC account.

  • UCTC also auto creates an account for you when you place your first order without registering/logging in. Your password is emailed to you. We recommend that you login to UCTC and change password. This option is available in My Account > Account Details section.

  • To login to your existing account Click on “My Account”> “Login” Once you have entered the details, you will be logged in to your account. 

  • If you have forgotten your password click on “My Account” > “lost your password” and follow the steps. Enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

  • UCTC offers Pre-paid and cash on delivery payment options. 

  • Prepaid orders can be paid through Card, UPI, Wallets and Net Banking. 

  • Cash on Delivery orders have an extra processing fee that will be displayed during checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery option is available only upto Rs 3000. 

  • Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pincodes.

  • GST –

    • GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services that is levied on every value addition (through production and services) and is added to a product’s sale price. GST has to borne/paid by the ultimate consumer of the product or service. If your order is fulfilled on or after July 1st 2017, GST will be applicable on your orders. GST subsumes all other taxes like Excise duty, VAT, Entry tax etc.

    • Your GST component is applied on the order value and will be displayed at checkout

    • If you return the product the applicable GST/VAT amount will also be refunded into the source account selected at the time of return initiation. However no refunds of GST/VAT shall be made in relation to shipping fee and COD fee collected from the consumer.

  • If payment fails, order will be cancelled. You can view this in the “My Account” > “Orders” section.

  • You can access your coupons in the “My Account”> “My Coupons” section

  • All available coupons will be shown during Checkout to be applied on the order.

  • If a single coupon is available, it is auto-applied during checkout. 

  • Most coupons are single use only and more than one coupon cannot be combined for an order.

  • Shipping fee of Rs.99 is applicable to all orders below or equal to Rs.1500. Free shipping is available for all orders above Rs.1500, except for the addresses which are not serviceable by standard shipping partners.

  • Shipping fee is calculated on orders after applying Tax, coupons, discounts, points redeemed.

  • In case of returns, the shipping fee is not refunded.

  • In case of an exchange of one or more items within the order, you do not need to pay additional shipping fee for the exchange.

  • If order is lost in transit, we will reimburse the entire amount, including the shipping fee. Please notify us at contact@universalclassictshirts.com. You will get the refund in the same mode as payment. This is not applicable to COD, since no payment would be made by you.

  • When the order is shipped by us, you can track the package. You can go to My Accounts > Orders section. Click on the order to view the tracking link.

  • Unserviceable pincodes: You can check on the product page, whether your pin code is serviceable. If you place an order to be delivered to an unserviceable pincode, we will notify you of the same and your amount including taxes, shipping fee will be refunded. Refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days. Refund mode will be the same as payment mode. This is not applicable to COD, since no payment would be made by you.

  • All UCTC orders are shipped through our delivery platform provider shiprocket. 

  • Once the order is delivered, it is marked as complete in the My Accounts > Orders section. You will also receive an email notifying the same. If you have not received the package email us on  contact@universalclassictshirts.com.

  • Upon registration, customers join the UCTC club. All UCTC club members are eligible for reward points

  • You can check your points in My Accounts > Points section.

  • Your points can be applied on orders to avail discounts. This option will be available to you during checkout.

  • You can get points by – Registering, Referring us customers for registration. You also gain points every time you place an order.

  • You gain 1 point for every Rs 100 of order value. You can choose to redeem these points on next order

  • You also gain extra 10 points for all orders above Rs 2000

  • If you do not redeem the points during checkout, you cannot edit the order. Your points are safe in your account and can be redeemed on future orders.

  • You can check the approximate estimated date of delivery on the product page by entering your pincode. 

  • At UCTC we are focused on customer satisfaction and we ensure your shipment is delivered at the earliest. We employ best available shipping partner to deliver you order. However, please note that the ‘estimated date of delivery’ given on the product page is an approximation and is provided by our shipping partner. UCTC does not give any timeline commitment for the delivery.

  • Under unusual circumstances, there may be a longer delay. You can track your order in My Accounts > Orders section. The estimated date is updated by our shipping partner.

My Account and UCTC Club

  • You can create your account on UCTC by entering your email address and a password. Click on “My Account”> “Register” after that and fill up the form to create your UCTC account.

Products

  • The care instructions are provided on the product page for every product. Customers are requested to follow the care instruction for maximum comfort and quality of the product

  • UCTC is committed to provide high quality products to our customers and we do a thorough QA check on all the products , however the quality standards (fabric statistics etc.) mentioned on the product page are provided to us by the vendors. UCTC does not take responsibility of incorrect information provided by the vendors. UCTC maintains transparency by exactly stating the quality as mentioned by the vendors.  does not take any responsibility of the 

  • Pure cotton knits can shrink upto 5% and also may require ironing to regain original shape.

  • We try to keep our inventory always up to date by keeping all sizes available for every product. In case of unusual scenario if a size variant of a particular product is out of stock or not available, you can let us know by sending us a request at out contact us page. We will try to serve you best by refilling the inventory at earliest possible.     

  • To enable you to make an informed decision, a size chart is provided on the product page.

Promotions

If you receive any product from us for promotional purpose, the return, exchange and other policies may not apply

Promotional products are non-returnable for any reason. They cannot be exchanged.

Giveaway contests and promotional products are completely at the discretion of UCTC. We try to clearly communicate the rules of promotional contests. But there may be scenarios where the rules are subject to mis-interpretation, In such cases, we resolve to out discretion. Also, the rules may change during the contest if we see the need. UCTC makes the final decision. Contest winners are decided among the participants who satisfy the criteria of contest based on the discretion of the company.

It may happen that the promised promotional product is out of stock in the size you want. In such case, we will send alternate product of same value.

You give us the right to use the promotional photos, videos and other media that you share with UCTC. We may use it in online and offline marketing, on any assets owned by us, social media accounts or on our website.
