Our beliefs shape our decisions, and decisions shape our actions. We believe we deserve something, because we think ourselves worthy of it. This belief then shapes our decision to work towards it. The decision then paves way for action – we take the effort and spend time to achieve it.
In this series of events, we set our objectives based on our perception of self worth. Always think highly of yourself – if you demean yourself in your own mind, or get affected by others’ opinions you will desire less, achieve less.
