There are umpteen choices we make daily. Some more significant than the others depending on the impact of the decision. Most decisions are reversible, so we should not spend too much time deliberating – just decide and move forward. For some reason, if you are feeling emotional, stressed or overwhelmed, just hold on.
Disconnect yourself from the situation – imagine someone else is going through the same situation. What would be the most obvious choice for that person?
De-stress – go for a long walk. Walks clear your mind, refresh you and help you put things into perspective.
